The practice operates with a commitment to specificity over generality. Dietary guidance here is written down, reviewed, and revised — not issued as a broad set of instructions to be interpreted loosely. How is a seasonal eating plan structured?
Plans are built in twelve-week blocks, aligned to the local produce calendar. Each plan specifies daily food category targets — vegetables, fruits, proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats — with example meals for each week phase. Adjustments are made at the four-week review.

Are sessions available remotely?
Remote consultations are conducted by video call for clients who cannot attend in person in Bucharest. Documentation protocols remain identical for both in-person and remote formats.
